We warrant our products for any defects in workmanship or flaws in the material and will repair or replace them at no cost to you if you find something wrong in within the first 7 days. If an error has been made on our part, we will refill your order and deliver the items back to you at no charge. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery for approval of the return, and the item(s) must be shipped back to us for exchange within 7 days. We recommend you send the collar back to us insured, as we do not cover losses due to the USPS. Pets are unpredictably aggressive and there is no possible way to know how each individual pet will "treat" their designer collar. Collars are not warranted against excessive wear and tear such as extreme pulling, chewing or scratching. Therefore, rhinestones and slide charms could certainly pop out if owners allow rough play while wearing their collars, and as such, this is not covered by our policy. Personalized name collars are not returnable unless there is an error on Personalized Cat Collars' behalf. Most cats do fit our standard size but if your cat does not, send us an email and we will be glad to see what we can do, additional shipping charges may apply. All other returns will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges will not be credited. |
